Philip Beron is a physician whose driving passion for photography started at age 13 when he worked as part of a lighting crew for a commercial photographer. He specializes in the "urban landscape"- a way of seeing the planet and people and blending in fine art techniques. He also is emerging as a portrait and studio photographer.

Philip has been in 3 exhibitions in the last year. He had a solo show at Catchlight Films in Marina Del Rey, California and was part of the Aesthetics show at the Perfect Exposure Gallery in Los Angeles.

He is constantly encouraged by others to "quit his day job" and devote himself to the camera, but he can still be found taking care of patients daily in the Radiation Oncology Department at Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles. Philip is currently working on several projects including the homeless of LA and a personal project involving the decay/rust of Detroit, Michigan.
